• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
• If you refuse delivery or cancel post-dispatch:
  • Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

✔ How to Cancel an Order

You may cancel by:

• Providing your Order ID and reason for cancellation

✔ Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, you get a full refund.
• Refund is processed within 2–5 working days.

✔ Auto-Cancellation

Your order may be automatically cancelled if:

• Payment is not verified
• Product becomes unavailable
• Incorrect address/contact details prevent confirmation
