✔ Return Rules

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be:
    • Unused
    • Undamaged
    • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Returns will not be accepted if:
    • Product is physically damaged after delivery
    • Packaging, manual, or accessories are missing
    • Product has been used
  • Items like personal hygiene products, used appliances, customized items, or consumables are not eligible for return.

✔ Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is available in case of:
    • Defective item
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Damaged item received
  • You must share photos/videos of the issue during the complaint.
  • After verification, replacement will be arranged.
  • If the item is out of stock:
    • We will issue a coupon of equal value or
    • Process a full refund to the original payment method.

✔ Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds go to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refund is issued via bank transfer or UPI.
