If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement under the guidelines below.
✔ Return Rules
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Returns will not be accepted if:
- Product is physically damaged after delivery
- Packaging, manual, or accessories are missing
- Product has been used
- Items like personal hygiene products, used appliances, customized items, or consumables are not eligible for return.
✔ Replacement Policy
- Replacement is available in case of:
- Defective item
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged item received
- You must share photos/videos of the issue during the complaint.
- After verification, replacement will be arranged.
- If the item is out of stock:
- We will issue a coupon of equal value or
- Process a full refund to the original payment method.
✔ Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection.
- For prepaid orders, refunds go to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refund is issued via bank transfer or UPI.
